The Turkish Ud Walnut-Juniper is a specially designed acoustic and stage oud for professional musicians, renowned for its high sound quality and performance.
This model represents the professional version of the Turkish Ud. The oven-dried spruce face produces a rich and balanced sound, while the walnut neck provides durability and ease of play. Ebony has been chosen for the fingerboard.
The body is a combination of walnut and juniper, resulting in high-quality sound production. The plexi rosettes effectively transmits the sound. The black bridge adds an aesthetic touch. The upper nut can be selected from ebony or bone material.
The keyboard width is designed to be 3.8cm at the top and 5.8cm at the bottom, allowing precise adjustment of finger positions. The neck length is 19.5cm, the body length is 49.5cm, the body width ranges between 36-37cm, and the body depth is 18cm.
The distance between the two nuts is 58.5cm. The body has 21 slices made of wood, ensuring the stable placement of the strings and optimal sound output. The instrument has 11 strings.
It features a glossy polyester finish, adding visual elegance to the instrument. The tuning pegs can be chosen as ebony or pelisander
