Turkish Saz Carved-Body Chestnut Fingerboard Ebony
It’s a saz distinguished by its carved chestnut body. The body material has been dried and kept for 10 years or more. The neck and face have been carefully selected and kiln-dried for 4-5 years. This meticulous craftsmanship guarantees the instrument’s quality and durability.
In this model, a 1st-grade spruce soundboard is used. The carved chestnut body is meticulously crafted and adorned with intricate carvings. While achieving an eye-catching appearance, these carvings also enhance the instrument’s acoustic properties.
The hornbeam neck provides a sturdy structure and allows for a comfortable playing experience. The fingerboard can be made of ebony or pelisander with mother of pearl dots. Please specify your preference for ebony or pelisander in your note. These dots not only provide an aesthetic appearance but also help easily determine finger positions.
The glossy polyester finish not only protects the instrument but also adds an aesthetic appearance.
Ebony or pelisander tuners provide precise and easy tuning options.
Due to its hand-carved nature, the body length can vary between 38-41cm.
