The body of the saz is made from juniper wood, which naturally provides warm and rich tones. The neck is constructed from hornbeam wood, which is durable and robust. It is kiln-dried and processed to ensure its longevity. The back of the neck is adorned with juniper bird’s eye patterned vaneer, giving the saz a unique appearance.
The red mother of pearl keyboard is not only aesthetically pleasing but also ensures a comfortable playing experience. The glossy polyester finish adds shine to the saz and provides protection against impacts.
The tuners are made of ebony or pelisander woods, and the top nut can be made from ebony or boxwood, depending on your preference. These materials help in achieving clear and precise sounds in the high-frequencies. The elevating middle nut enables an easy transition between different modes.
